About
A background shaped by adidas testing, production art, visual communication design, and project management.
Based in Indianapolis, with nearly 14 years at adidas across R&D, testing, reporting, production art, and product support.
My work sits between testing leadership, design communication, and the systems that help teams make clearer product decisions.
At adidas, I have grown through roles spanning production art, manufacturing support, R&D, and testing excellence. That path continues to shape how I approach process clarity, communication, and day-to-day lab operations.
My current work includes leading R&D and lab teams for trim, fabric, and embellishment testing, partnering with design, engineering, manufacturing teams, vendors, and factories to support product development decisions.
Earlier production art leadership and formal training in visual communication design continue to inform how I think about layout, reporting clarity, presentation structure, and cross-functional communication.
I have also built tracking and reporting systems that improved data visibility and helped standardize KPIs, while supporting work such as a sustainable ink platform launch, World Cup product initiatives, and AI-related operational projects.
Formal training in project management and visual communication design, along with Six Sigma Black Belt certification, continues to inform how I lead workflows, reporting, and operational improvement.
